This is a reminder to all runners that the ZX Greenwood 5km & 10km Road Race will take place on April 24th, 2005 at 12pm Sharp!!. The 5km race is new this year. The race takes place at 14 Wing Greenwood, N.S. You can download a registration form from this website or pick one up at the Running Room or Aerobics first. You can also e-mail me and I will send you one. The registration is $17. $20 on race day. First 150 registered runners will receive a quality running product.
