I ran the marathon last year and it was exceptionally warm! Just like any marathon, you never know what the day will bring. I never noticed a significant change in temp. throughout the course. I don't think you need to worry about dramatic changes in temperature. Keep your head and hands warm and you'll be on your way to getting a PB!
