yes I understand 100% about the weather, I was actually just talking to someone who missed a run cos of the weather... me, I was on a treadmill doing 11K (5:45/km at 2% incline).... and as far as bordome goes... running on a treadmill gives me the chance to get lost with the rhythm of my breathing and the sound of my feet or some good tunes without worrying about all the distractions on the road...
