Hello:
I just started running this past summer and as we head into winter, I was hoping someone could give me advice on an indoor winter program to keep up my stamina and get me ready for outdoor running again in the spring. I have a membership at a local gym so I have access to a lot of equipment but not sure what I should concentrate on to keep it going through the long winter nights.
