Hi all.... I am new to Nova Scotia... and live in the between Fall River and Enfield. I'm curious to know if there are any run groups in this area? I know I could go to Bedford but as I regain my motivation and fitness, I'm not sure I can kick myself enough to get to the store in time for a run. I'm looking for someone or a group to run with... various times or paces is fine.
