Just an a comment rather than a suggestion, I have a treadmill, and I do NOT love using it. I was an avid user when I first got it 5 years ago, however quickly became an outdoor enthusuast. The downside is how much I hate the cold winter air. My somewhat unwitting solution or pattern seems to have become, loads of outdoor training from early spring - late fall then lots of weight training and alternate forms of cardio in the coldest months. Take advantage of the warmer winter days when they come!!
