Damien,a group of us run on Sundays I send an E-mail out during the week giving the location and time. We do a lot of trails and go to many different locations around metro. The trails can be messy ( mud and stuff) although we accept anyone and usally stop for coffee after we are finished. If you want to be included in this group let me know and I will add you to the group. I am from Sackville so if you want to run during we week we can work this out.
