Posted by Louis Brill Lake Ainsley has been a fixture on our running calander for a number of years and aguably one of the best overall races in Nova Scotia. A geat combination road racing, spectacular scenery and down home hospitality at it's very best. A big thumbs up and thank you to Race Director Vince Jessome and his team for hosting us over the years. PS I hope your retirement is short lived, we'd return in a heartbeat!!!!
