Posted by Joelle Marshall 6.5 km Road Race 10:00am start Early Registration Deadline: Friday March 23th, 2006 On Saturday, April 7th 2007, the Saint Mary’s University Athlete Council will be hosting a 6.5km road race to fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis. The run will start and finish at Huskies Stadium, and will be run through the South End of Halifax. Following the race, a reception will take place in the Saint Mary’s Students’ Center, where refreshments will be served for all race participants. There will be prize draws, and major prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. To register, print and mail-in a form from the Registration page, or contact the 65 Roses Organizing Committee by phone (902 880-7960) or email: info@runfor65roses.ca. To recieve an event t-shirt, you must send your registration form and payment before the early registration deadline. Registrations will be taken up to and including the day of the race, but participants who register after the deadline will not recieve a t-shirt.
