I got this new stuff for Christmas, an "electrolyte replacement" called nuun. It's available at Aerobics First in Halifax for $7 for 12 tablets. You dissolve a tablet in 500 ml of water. You'll probably find it as pukey as others, but just hold your breath and chug it!
