Hello Michael,
I hope that you have had some success with your search for records of your grandfather's service.
I'm afraid that I cannot help, but my grandfather was also in the RFA and went to India, in December 1914 with 4th Wessex Brigade RFA. I know that he subsequently served in France where he was wounded and decorated.
Have you found any ways to find more about your grandfather ?
