Hi Perla,
I served with Maney in Sheerness. We were in the same troop. On Gamil Airfield(Suez) he was my #1
on a Bofors AA gun. I have a couple of photos of him. In fact if you go to the "Britain's Small Wars" Website. Scroll down to Suez- Look for " 31 Battery Goes to Suez- and Back", there is a picture of Maney, Gnr Deggan and myself- taken in Port Said. Cheers, Peter Gallagher.
