I joined 79 Bty about two weeks before we left Dusseldorf, did the cadre course at Chisledon, boxed for the Bty in Cyprus. Left in Feb. 58 while the Bty was up in Acrades Camp.
Bill Underdown and I were mates, we both came from 24 Rgt.
Does anyone know if there will be a 79 Bty re-union this year.?
Can anyone give me (by e-mail) a land line contact No. for "Taff" Jones or Audie Murphy.
These details may ring a bell with someone and hope one of you can help me out.
