A dozen or so of us who served in 79, from the time it was withdrawn from BAOR (March 1957) and relocated to Cyprus (July 1957 - 1959), are in touch and would welcome contact with others who served with us. Me? I was in the Battery Office and then, being a Welshman and tall, known as "Big Taff!!" Included in the presemt contact group are ex BSM Joe Bufton, one time 2/Lt. Mike Shellard (now retired Major General) and, of course, a clutch of us "of lesser renown!!!" - "Audie" Murphy, Ron Kennett, Tony Munns, Mike Hessey, Jock Mills .............................
