I am researching my family history and wondered if I might tap into your members military knowledge please. It appears that my great grand father, great uncle and my great aunt's husband all served with the Royal Horse Artillery.
My great grandfather was Langley Hillyard, my great uncle was Edward Charles Langley Hillyard and my great aunt's husbands name was George Henry Manley (George served for 22 years with the regiment). Another distant family member who also served was Henry Temple Hillyard.
Their period of service seems to have been from around 1850 to 1900 partly in India. Can anyone suggest any way I might be able to access details of their records with the regiment?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciate.
