Well, it depends what they'd have the guys doing instead of hauling trash, etc. If there's money in the budget for realistic training, by all means, let them train instead. But if money for realistic training is being diverted to outside contractors and the guys are down in the track park polishing their gun tubes, well, that would be bad.
