Posted by Dave Carter There's no doubt that a great deal of effort goes into the organisation and running of events by all promoters at all tracks ... but things do go wrong from time to time. There is, more often than not, a good explanation and, if not, you'll probably get a genuine apology.

I didn't get to this meeting so have no particular comment but in general I think that if anyone has issues about the running of any event run then how about directing that criticism to the promoter concerned in the first instance? If anyone is not prepared to do that then it strikes me that the criticism is perhaps being rather over-played.
