...Firstly may I say that I have no particular feelings or connections either way for either 512 or 603 and have always admired the Barnetts for their dedication and commitment to the sport..BUT I feel I have to register my disgust at the pitiful TWO WEEK ban (ending on World Final day..how convenient!) handed out to 512 for his digraceful actions at Lynn last week.Deliberately driving into a drivers door (the "wrong way around as well!!!) has NO place in this sport and should be dealt with in an appropriate manner.He will miss TWO races (at Coventry!!)for his actions!!..Earler this year 311 got a ONE month ban for deliberately driving into 838 (also at Lynn),this was a more realistic punishment BUT of course to give the same to Barnett would have meant him missing the World..which is a punishment he would have deserved.Its clear from the actions of BOTH Barnetts at Lynn, that they are determined to never let 603 finish a race and some of their other "antics" this season have been "very unsporting" such as 512's attack from the centre green on 425 at Yarmouth when he was leading the £100 Dash for cash.It appears that if ANYONE has the "nerve" to take one of them out then the other one will extract revenge...legally or otherwise!!..I thought "team racing" wasn't allowed in this sport!!..I'd like to see a reply from the "powers that be" as to why such a SHORT unprecedented ban has been passed!!..26 got a ONE MONTH ban for ignoring a black flag earlier in the season!!...SOMETHING "stinks" here!!!....
