Posted by John Robinson This plan is available with a full conventional concrete basement foundation, a crawlspace, a slab on grade and a pier foundation. We consider walk-out basements as custom, so there would be an upcharge only for that option. In this case we like to get approximate grades and what you would like to see the lower level developed as so that we can get windows on the walk-out side sized correctly. Note that if your basement is not a walk-out type, there is no additional charge. If you are building a walk-out with or with out finished development, once we know what you have in mind, we can quote the hours. Thanks, John

Posted by John Robinson The main floor ht is 9'-1", except for the greatroom which of course is vaulted up to the second floor ceiling. We have shipped nine I series plans this year, but not any IGS 3725 models. Because this plan is so new, I don't have any completed ones, or even any photos yet.
