Posted by John Robinson Yes that plan can be used without building the second floor. We would more than likely lower the roof pitch, and perhaps add a shed dormer on the front and back over the greatroom to get some additional light. Keeping the eyebrow window would be difficult if we were to lower the roof. We could achieve a look similar to the E or F series. A change like this take us about eight hours.
