Looks fantastic, Trevor. Besides adding the lower level, what changes did you make to the original plans?

Robin, The main changes were the side walk-out basement and rotating the garage by 90 degrees. I also added a small shower to the shared bath by removing the linen closet. I made some superficial changes to the exterior such as vinyl bead-board soffits and the column designs and some on the interior like the 6X6 cedar posts and beams. Since the house was built, I have converted the screen room into a 4-season room and added a 16X16 deck off the back of the house. Trevor
