IGS 4020 Posted by Craig on July 30, 2007, 11:04 am We are looking at the IGS Series 4020 model to build in Haliburton, Ontario. Our builder/contractor is very hesitant in building the roof with the eyebrow, is there a contractor/builder/architect that has built the model in Northern Ontario the you were recommend that we may contact/talk with/use? Steve Sinopoli of Sinopoli Construction has built 3 of our plans in total, with 2 of them being our IGS-4020 model, so he definitely is familiar with our plans and construction methods. Another contact I have is Sheldon Gorlick of Kent Truss Manufacturing and he has assured me that the roof construction on this series is not as complicated as it looks due to details in our plans, nor does it cost significantly more than a regular hip roof.
