I-3087 garage on right question

Hi there, my wife and I love your plans! We are concerned about the cost of building the garage on the IGS plan, so we have the following question. In the photo gallery, you show the I3087 with a garage under. Since we would like a garage at ground level, is it possible to place the garage door(s) on the face or right side of (what would normally be the additional bedroom) in the I3087? Thanks!

Hello Greg: We can definitely do that for you but I would suggest that we push the wall back that is facing the open patio to give you more depth for the garage. With that being said, it would also be easy for us to make that room wider to suit a double car garage. Rob Young Cottage Division Manager robinsonplans.com
