Is it possible to have a balcony on both ends of the Loft in the F2072 series. Our question is based on our property being 3 rows back from the Lake front in a subdivision. The height of the loft gives us a view above existing homes to the lake, however, as gorgeous sunsets and wildlife abound, we would like to take advantage of the height afforded by the loft area. MY question is, since the loft area in the front half of the loft is open to below, is it possible to have a supported walkway to the front of the loft (front of the house) without detracting from the architecture afforded in the great room area below?

Hi George: Yes, you can have a walkway over the greatroom from the loft floor out to a balcony over the front porch. We would be able to clear span this walkway so there would be no interruption with the room layout below. We have just recently done this on another model and think it will turn out quite nicely.
