Posted by Rob Young The plan is question had extensive changes done to it that you could probably consider it to be a full custom home. I will send you the pdf files of the floor plans for you to look at as it is easier than trying to explain them all. In regards to using ICF construction, we can handle either change of reducing the interior space to accommodate the new wall thickness or adjust outwards as to not interfere with room sizes. It all depends on the plan. If it is a smaller plan and some areas are tight, we tend to adjust outwards. If the plan is quite spacious and we will only lose about 2-4 inches in a room, then we will bump the walls in. Let me know if you need more information on this. Rob Young |

Posted by Rob Young Could you let me know where you plan on building as this particular model is not available in the U.S. anymore due to new stair regulations within the IRC Building code. In order for this plan to be compliant with the new codes we had to enlarge it creating our current C-1844 model to gain the addition room needed to suit the new stair requirements. If you are planning on building in Canada, then it still is an available option. Please let me know and I will address accordingly. Thanks in advance... Rob Young |
