F1463 attic space Posted by Laura Vogler on 7/24/2006, 10:04 pm Looking at the f1463 attic space, we are wondering how useable that might be. Could the attic space be used as closet space or a small bathroom? What are the interior dimensions on each side? Do you have a schematic you could send us that would show a cross section of that area? We really love your plans and are trying to find the one that we think will best fit our budget and property.  Post a Response

The side wall heights are around 7 feet and slope up to about 10. You can use this area for a bedroom, office or place a bathroom in there as well. I hope this helps. We also made the mech room into another bedroom and extended the open porch to a width of 12'. We just moved in. Jim  Post a Response
