walkout

Is a walkout basement possible under the bedroom,greatroom and dining room of the e-series? Would this then make the rear with the covered porch the groud level entrance?

Hi Chris: Putting a walk-out basement under the E-Series is possible and quite attractive. We have customized this option several times and are very happy with the results. As for the entrance, you are correct that the covered porch at the rear of the plan would be the ground level entrance. Rob Young Cottage Division Manager robinsonplans.com
