We're trying to save cost by reducing building materials for a small Vermont cottage. I am looking at the B series but would like to eliminate the loft and reduce width by a few feet. If I squash the width to 30 or 32 feet and I have a required (by HOA) roof pitch of between 6/12 minimum and 12/12 maximum, will I end up with loft space anyway? I am hoping for a long lowish building, sort of like a stable or old schoolhouse, maybe 30x40...
