My father & I are discussing the pitch of the roof the roof for the c1224. He thinks it is a 10/12 with center at 16'. I think the peak must be off centre because of the upper set back from the front. Can you please let us know who is right to settle this argu..discussion. Also is pre engineered trusses better or rafters for this roof?
