That might be a good solution, but also the d/w in the island would work, too. I made an offer on land here in Los Angeles, I should hear this week whether they will accept. If they do, then the action really starts and I'll get the builders out there, to see about house footprints, etc. I think the C-1224 at 33x32 sf will fit nicely. Though I will still need to figure out a covered parking solution. Of course my dream includes building the GS-381, but I doubt I can afford it at this time. I may need to build a carport then build the Garage Studio in a year or so. Anyway, thank you again for your prompt and good solution.
