Hi,
I would like to know if it would be possible to integrate an exterior balcony off the loft in the A1970. For example, could the porch be extended, say 5 or 6' along the back of the kithen with the balcony over that portion? Also could part of the porch under the loft be enclosed to create a mudroom?
I've surfed a lot of house plans and so far yours are closest to what I'd like to build.
