My husband and I are very interested in the D-1677, but we have a few questions about the floorplan. First, if we wanted to have a detached garage that was then connected to the house by means of an enclosed breezeway leading to the kitchen door, and possibly making the laundry area in there, is that something you could change in the plans and if so about how much would you charge to do that. Also, would it be possible to change the first floor bathroom/laundry room into having the sink and toilet where the washer and dryer are in the plan, enclosing them, and making a small hallway leading to what is now the mechanical/storage room and making that the laundry room, and again how much would that cost to change. We were also wondering what the space behind the closet in the master bedroom is, and what the area and height of it is. Would it also be possible to have 2 sinks fit in the counter in the master bath or is there only room for one? The last thing is, if built to the exact specifications of your plans, how much space is there between the side of the kitchen island and the wall where the stairwell is. I know this is alot and I appreciate you taking the time to answer our questions.
