How are your room sizes measured? I've seen plans where the measurements are taken from the outside of the studs, the inside , and even some that are taken from the center of the studs. Also,...I'm looking at the series I plan(3087 sq ft). The bedroom/den off the kitchen does NOT have a covered porch off the back, as in the 3206 sq ft plan, correct? Would it be very complicated to add a 2 car garage to that end of the house and have an entry door into the den?
