We built the plan with some revisions including lengthening the house through the living room and entry by 2' and widening it by 2' through the bedroom 2 closet and living room and 1' each through the laundry and master bath and the dining room and screened porch. This allowed a full-depth counter and folding counter in the master bath and laundry and a walk-in closet in bedroom 2. We also enclosed the screen porch and turned it into an ensuite office. Our total footage is 2040. Overall the plan works very well and we love the house. The only two changes that I would make now would be to find a way to enlarge the master closet if this is to be your primary residence and to make the hallway connecting bed 2 and 3 wider to form a vestibule area with a door to the living room in order to isolate that end of the house a little more.
