Sorry we missed you. Hope you enjoyed your island time. The weather was fabulous. I have heard from quite a few people who heard of our project here. I am uploading our progress as quick as I can. We always hope to get more done than we can... For 75 working days from grass to house we are doing okay though. 
We hope to begin renting it out a bit next year. 8 summer weeks per year will repay our investment before retirement in 5 years. So glad we found your plans!
