Thank you so much for your note. I love the idea of changing the bedroom to screened porch. can you send me some pictures of the molding you used? That's what we are thinking of...as well. We are considering not finishing basement or studio over garage for now so we can get the cost down some. We have also made changes, enlarged kitchen some, added transom windows, did you find the porches - front & back deep enough to be useful? Did you do entire exterior in shake?
