Hi Ann,
We finished our I3105 late last summer. We made many changes from the basic plan including the elimination of the cathedral ceiling and putting down a floor, redoing the kitchen design, window design, adding a bedroom upstairs while changing a downstairs bedroom into a screened porch, lots of stonework, etc. The house has wide arts and crafts style moldings throughout. We didn't do the true divided lite windows. Ours are finished on both sides but have some dark filler in the middle. There are so many variables in each house and situation but I think our cost was about $ 250 per square foot. One vital lesson that I learned a little late was that the cost of the materials was minor compared to the cost of the labor. The house though is beautiful and we love it.
