I really like the J series 2018, but wanted to reduce the square footage to around 1500-1600 and still keep the layout of the 1st floor. Would it be possible to add 2 bedrooms and a bath to the 2nd floor without a cathedral ceiling or dormers? Also wanted a full basement with garage.
