Hi Christopher. We built the 2788 model and extended the balcony across the whole width, to enjoy walkouts facing the lake from 2 bedrooms and a lovely recreation room, with barrel ceiling. One of the best choices we made, giving us an additional 500 s.f. of living space, and beautiful views of the lake.
