Hello Yvette:
The current pitch of our GA-408 is only 6/12 and therefore only has an interior vault height of just over 12'-0" at the center. This unfortunately would not be high enough to place a liveable loft into. You may be able to put some storage into that space but that is about all.
If you require a loft, then we would have to increase the pitch of the roof to achieve the space needed. So if you would be intersted in pursuing that, please feel free to contact me directly as I would be more than happy to discuss your options with you.
