Hi Trevor,
I see from your smartcrafthomes.com site that you are concerned with energy efficiency. Congratulations on the beautiful, BEAUTIFUL home! We are looking at the FG series too, and we want very much to turn the front entry (which will have a full Southern exposure) into a sunroom for passive solar heating. Do you have any experience with this option, or perhaps an opinion? We have humid summers and mild winters, and the sunroom will have a full southern exposure. I am expecting to increase the depth from 6' to 8'.
Of course this isn't nearly enough information for you to offer a professional opinion, but I would be very interested to know whether you have any advice.
