We are interested in the F1715 without doing the loft. I would like bigger bathrooms. Does anyone have modifications of that? Also, we would like the rear elevation to have more character since it would face the street. The front is wonderful and wil lgive a great lake view. Are there any modifications to make the rear more attractive? (how many times have I heard that. lol)
