Hi Rob
We sent you an email this morning about the possibility of adding a set of stairs as we are now going with a full basement (using ICF's).
After a lot of delays, we expect to start the foundation shortly. We do have a big hole in the ground now and lots of rocks.
It has been a real struggle trying to find reliable contractors. On the bright side, we have been very fortunate to have found one sales rep in one of the lumber yards who has been invaluable in the assistance to us, and even though his prices are slightly higher on some items, we are using him. We tried to get quotes from the three major lumber yards, but boy its tough getting customer service.
As we start moving forward we will send pics in for your gallery. We have a million shots now of the dirt and rock.
