Several questions regarding the I series. First, is it feasible to reverse the loft to be over the living room? I have a river view to the back of my lot. I would prefer to have the loft in that direction. Second, if that is possible, is it feasible to have one long balcony to incorporate the loft and the two bedrooms. Third, working on the plans how detailed do I have to be in describing what I want for purposes of the plans. For example, if I wanted wainscoting in a bathroom do I have to tell you that so that it is reflected on the plans or is that simply something I need to communicate with the builder?
