Hi,
My wife and I really like the new model 2 plans (great job in downplaying the garage, btw), especially the 1630, but had a few questions:
1. How much would the square footage change if we fully enclosed the back deck, opening that area up to increase the size of the dining room, and how much would this cost in customizing the drawings?
2. How much would the customization cost be to remove the fireplace?
3. If we removed the closet from the second bedroom (turning it into an office) would we be able to increase the size of the laundry room to allow for hampers?
