Hi
I love your home plans. They are the closest I've ever come to finding a stock plan that perfectly matches almost all of our needs.
The JG plan with the attached garage is especially great with the 2 large sized bedrooms for our kids.
I just don't want or need the loft space. Do you have anything coming up in this size without a loft? How would the exterior of the JG look without the second storey?
