Steve Sinopoli of Sinopoli Construction has built 3 of our plans in total, with 2 of them being our IGS-4020 model, so he definitely is familiar with our plans and construction methods. Another contact I have is Sheldon Gorlick of Kent Truss Manufacturing and he has assured me that the roof construction on this series is not as complicated as it looks due to details in our plans, nor does it cost significantly more than a regular hip roof.
