Posted by Sylvester Black Can your plans include accommodations for my wife and I as we get older such as lower height switches, open shower stalls, lower countertops in the kitchen and bath, elevator, etc. Are any of the exterior materials maintenance free (hardi or cement shingles for instance) or is this at the discretion of the builder. Am I asking you guys too many questions? Thanks, your plans look wonderful.

Can your plans be used by a contractor that uses wall panels or some variation of modular construction? Whenever I retire I don't want to wait nine months for a house to be built if panel or modular construction can save a couple of months and cost.
