Posted by Rob Young Could you let me know where you plan on building as this particular model is not available in the U.S. anymore due to new stair regulations within the IRC Building code. In order for this plan to be compliant with the new codes we had to enlarge it creating our current C-1844 model to gain the addition room needed to suit the new stair requirements. If you are planning on building in Canada, then it still is an available option. Please let me know and I will address accordingly. Thanks in advance... Rob Young
