My husband and I both really think this one will be it. We will be building on a lake in NE Texas. The lot is very nearly level and homes in the area are typically build on a slab on grade. The garage floor would be 7.5" below the main building floor. Do you see any problem with this? We would like to re arrange the master wing a bit to allow for a larger bath and closet. I sketched it out and wonder if I can email it to you. Sort of hard to put into words. Thanks so much

This is such a great idea, you have answered many of our questions already. I have a few others also on the FG 1715.
